Mobile Tracking

When a carrier/shipper updates a mobile eligible shipment to be dispatched, tracking will start automatically. Before this change, the driver had to open the mobile app to trigger tracking.

Tracking will also automatically start two hours before a driver appointment time or at 7 AM the day of pick up.

If the driver's device isn't configured to support tracking, an error will appear on the Shipment Details page.
