Mobile user can now perform the followiing action to address shipment alerts. Select the Actions option at the top of the compass alert screen:

• Allow a user to enter a book now price
• Allow a user to log a bid
• Allow a user to request a bid
• Allow a user to tender to carriers
• Allow a user to push a shipment to a routing guide

A push notification on both iOS and Andriod will be sent to a dispatcher or owner operator device when the events listed occur. If the push notification is selected the shipwell mobile app will launch and the user will be navigated to the corresponding shipment details page.

• A shipment receives a bid
• A bid was accepted
• A user was outbid
• The shipment is no longer available
• A tender was received
• A tender was accepted
